Life Mastery Through Inside-Out Personal Change
There's an old joke about the Dalai Lama (of all people!) buying a hot dog, handing over a fiver and waiting for the vendor to return the change.
After being ignored for quite some time, the Dalai Lama politely reminds the vendor.
The vendor's reply?
“Change must come from within.”
On a serious note, it's true.
Real change must come from within.
We are frustrated by the things that happen to us. We wait for things to happen in our lives, instead of making things happen. We get carried away by a new personal development fad, only to meet failure and frustration down the road.
Yet, personal change is not only possible, it can also be permanent.
The difficult and exhausting way is to will change. Most of us employ this method.
Or we expect to change ourselves by attempting to change the world around us—environment, people and circumstances.
Both these methods not only make things worse still, they can also make you sick and leave you exhausted to the core.
The truth is, real change can originate only from within each of us.
I will be providing hands-on practical help with this inside-out approach to permanent personal change at my free workshop, Unlock Your Brain Power, on May 29, 2013.
As seats are limited, I urge you to book your free seat (usually $197.00) right away if you wish to be a part of the workshop.
One other misconception about personal change is that behavior is genetic.
The truth is, we allow ourselves to be conditioned by the environments we find ourselves in . . . the people we interact with . . . and the circumstances that define our lives.
So, if you were conditioned from the outside in, isn't change from the outside in also possible?
Yes and no.
Even though we are conditioned from the outside in, we cannot override our conditioning in the same manner.
In order to create a new life you must not only change what you think and feel, you must also ensure your feelings and thoughts complement each other.
To change thoughts from the inside out, you must access the cerebellum, the seat of the unconscious. And to change your feelings as well as your emotional vibration, you must access the body-mind’s psychosomatic network.
Yes, permanent—organic—change is possible. And permanent change is necessary to master your life and unlock your true destiny.
I'll be discussing inside-out change at length at the free workshop, Unlock Your Brain Power, on May 29, 2013.
As I mentioned earlier, seats are limited. So please book your free seat (usually $197.00) right away.
I'll see you there!
