Why Change Does Not Last
Part 2 Process Work & Embodied Transformation
This Report is part 2 of a 3 part series
From reading part 1 you know now that quick change is superficial and temporary. The body & mind, soul & life force must be included if the (layered) process is to create actual transformation. But how is this possible?
First determine if you really want to change. You may not want to. In fact most people do not want to change because it removes their excuses. Remember you have embodied your old way of being. So it will not go away without a fight. You must first embrace (accept) your old way of being.
Secondly, clarify your intention to create something better. Ask yourself, “What is my unconscious negative intention? “ You must know first, how you take yourself out. Then you know what you are up against.
Thirdly, skilled character analysis will clearly identify your strengths and weaknesses as well as your core issues.
Fourthly, an accurate body reading will identify your greatest resources of energetic power which accelerates transformation of your embodied issues and frees your creative abilities.
Fifth, expose your disowned vulnerability. This means you allow this sub-personality, which you really need for wholeness, to come out of hiding.
Sixth, owning your negativity, shadow/reactive mind or darkness - in other words, admit the intentions of your lower-self.
Seventh, charge-discharge is a Bioenergetic process which frees and accelerates your life energy (particles) throughout & around your body. This is the most prolific method of changing beliefs in existence.
NOTE: Lasting change is only possible after an increase in speed to your life energy. This process will illuminate your soul’s destiny. This elevation in your emotional vibration will cause what you want to flow to you and what you hate will run away from you. This means you have embodied your new way of being.

In Part 3 you will learn: Transition and Reality

Today even modern psychologists primarily work with cognitive behavioural therapy known as CBT. It uses brief intervention and then onto the medication. They work on issues or symptoms and not the cause of problems. The results are good but they do not last.
