Steps to Your Retreat Process

  1. Visit the Retreats page to register on-line for the retreat of your choosing.  Alternatively you can email or call the appropriate office.
  2. Upon registration you will receive a biography to be completed prior to arrival and emailed to Robert Kirby.  You will also be emailed all pertinent details for you particular retreat.  The cost will vary from state to state and country to country depending whether or not it is residential.
  3. The morning of the first day you will be guided into a safe space within the group and supported in refining your intention for weekend. Safety, openness and clarity of your needs are the priority. Before any processing begins our aim is to have all participants empathize with one another’s deepest issue.  This type of vulnerability bonds the group and creates mutual support.
  4. The Rules Of Engagement:
    a. Biography completed and read by Robert Kirby prior to the retreat’s commencement
    b. Confidentiality Agreement and documents signed
    c. Punctuality discussed and commitment to complete the retreat
    d. The role of Assistants and Student therapists explained
    e. Safe sexual boundaries and relationship status clarified and agreed upon
    f. No alcohol or recreational drugs permitted during the retreat
    g. Duty of care and responsibilities explained and clarified
    h. Retreat processing is based on your intention
  5. In the afternoon of the first day the individual processing will begin.  Each person will have at least one process of sixty minutes or longer.  Robert will facilitate your process and will be supported by his assistants, student therapists and the entire group.  After your integration the group celebrates your break-through!
