Terms & Conditions

1. Product warranty

If any product that you receive with your enrolment is found to be faulty, our only obligation to you is to replace the faulty product within 14 days of your written request

2. Rescheduling your enrolment

If you find that you are unable to attend the workshop on the dates for which you have enrolled, you may transfer your enrolment, without penalty, to the same workshop that Robert Kirby International may convene provided you to do so within 2 years of the original workshop date. Any transfer is subject to seats being available in your preferred workshop at the time your make the request. However, you agree that Robert Kirby International may not convene the same workshop again and there is no obligation on Robert Kirby International to do so.

3. Workshop changes

If for any reason we deem it necessary to change the workshop dates or venue, we may do so by notifying you in writing of the changes we make. In this case you retain the right to reschedule your enrolment in accordance with paragraph 2 above, and you shall have no claim upon us for a refund or compensation.

4. Workshop cancellation

If for any reason we deem it necessary to do so, we may cancel the workshop by notifying you in writing. In this case we refund the total amount you have paid for our enrolment and you shall have no claim upon us for compensation. In this case you retain the right to reschedule your enrolment in accordance with paragraph 3 above.

5. Enrolment option fee

An option fee is required to execute your enrolment. The option fee is non-refundable.

6. Payments for enrolments

The commitment Incentives are valid for 5 days following the completion of the Personal Transformation Intensive Program only. We may offer or recommend services such as payment plans or financing; use of such facilities is completely optional and does not override the requirement that your enrolment must be fully paid before the workshop commences.

7. Enrolment cancellation

If you choose to cancel your enrolment for any reason, you will receive a credit for the total amount you have paid less the value of any products received with your enrolment. Credits may not be claimed as refunds; but maybe applied towards an enrolment in any other workshop offered by Robert Kirby International.

8. Intellectual property

All material presented during the workshop(s) for which you are enrolling is subject to copyright. The copyright in the materials remains the property of their owners and may not be recorded, used or reproduced, without the written permission of the copyright owner.

9. General

The laws of the state of New South Wales govern this agreement. Should any part of this agreement be determined by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the reminder of the agreement will be unaffected. This agreement may not be varied except with the written approval of a director of Robert Kirby International. All terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are excludable are excluded from this agreement. Such terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable are not excluded from this again but our liability for breach such conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable is limited to the total amount paid by you to Robert Kirby International under this agreement.

10. Satisfaction guarantee

We are certain that you will benefit from attending a Robert Kirby International workshop. However if you attend (where ‘attend’ means to be present in the workshop room for the entire workshop, other than for unavoidable toilet breaks etc.) a Robert Kirby International Workshop and are not completely satisfied, you may return your course materials at the final session of the final day of the workshop, along with a written refund request, and we will refund any monies you have paid to attend the workshop, less the value of any products you have received from us in relation to the workshop.

11. Volition

The decision to attend Robert Kirby International workshop is my own. I have not been pressured or coerced into making this decision. Furthermore, I accept responsibility for the results I achieve subsequent to the workshop.
