I met Robert thirteen years ago when I was at a cross-roads in my life. I was 22 and had just left a job as an office manager in a small company. Whilst I believe I was very good at the job I had no passion for it.
My parents gave me a part-time job in the family sandwich shop so I could think about what I wanted to do. I appreciated this, but my parent’s expectation was the best I could hope for was to marry someone with money. I started to seriously think about where I was going to be in ten years time and realised that I had no goals in life or any self-belief that I could be any more than I was; and that wasn’t a happy person.
I also had a number of addictions so I began a search for alternatives. Attending several seminars I sort of just kept bumping into Rob. It was definitely the best thing I had done and completely transformed my life.
Instead of thinking about limitations I started to dream about what I could do with my life and dramatically changed my belief system. I had always wanted something where I could directly work with people but never thought I was intelligent enough to get qualifications; so had given up before I began.
By lifting my goals and believing I could achieve them, I enrolled in a diploma in professional counselling and activated a whole new life. I went on to complete an additional five year advanced diploma program with Rob, something I would never even have considered in the past.
Today, I have two wonderful children and a husband that I met at one of Rob’s programs. I am still growing academically by completing a Bachelor of Psychology. I have my own fulfilling business with a small number of great clients where I can structure my workload around my own passions and family time.
I have set new goals and I am moving clearly towards them. New opportunities are attracted to me and I make the choice whether or not I want to fit them into my lifestyle. In fact, even if I don’t work, it doesn’t affect my long term goals.
I would say that without experiencing Robert’s programs I would probably now be working successfully; but in an unfulfilling and mediocre job that I had no interest in. In fact, I would probably be depressed.
I highly recommend Robert’s programs to anyone wanting serious change in their life. It has given me the belief that I can do anything I want and that the world is my oyster.

When you have reached a high level of management within a company it is not often that you are inspired by training and coaching techniques that have major changes in both your personal and work life. I met Robert Kirby in early 2010. My initial meeting, referred by a friend, was for personal reasons. I was fed up with living and I had lost interest in everything I was doing. I was depressed!
A significant shift took place for me after a two day Workshop. My energy was flowing through me once again. It was a good feeling after six to seven years of feeling sorry for myself. Somehow I had found more time to enjoy life.
I noticed changes in dynamics between myself and my wife and family. Communication between all of us was more open and unchallenged. Health wise my own back pain was a thing of the past!

Opportunities seem to present themselves to me and I am much clearer on making the right decision from within and moving with it rather than missing out as I had done in the past.
The processes and “tools” Robert supplies you with are actions you can use every day to improve yourself. They take just a few minutes a day; just like a regular fitness program.
Financially, decisions I have made over the last six to eight months will pay off for myself and the family. I know they are the future. Nothing can stop me now.

I was recommended to Robert Kirby over ten years ago through a work colleague. At the time, I was frustrated in my profession. Although I had very high merits I was being passed over for promotions and couldn’t really understand why. Eventually, I was taken aside by a manager and told it wasn’t the results I was getting but the way I was going about my work. I was dispirited and unhappy.
At first, I was resistant to doing anything with Robert. Having a very rigid upbringing in the north of England, I didn’t really consider that I needed what Robert was offering. I didn’t even feel that this type of work was something that was appropriate for men, let alone a stiff engineer like me. But armed with my protective shield of a business suit and with some fear I decided to try Robert out.
The work with Robert just blew me away. It lifted a veil for areas I had never even seen before and made me realise that my professional life had been a series of jobs working with unhappy, and in some cases, angry and dysfunctional bosses and colleagues. I saw there was a pattern I needed to break, of moving from one unfulfilling job to another, and Robert as the means to getting there.
Within six months I was promoted and was feeling happier in the workplace than I ever had before. My relationships with my wife and family also improved, even though that was something which I didn’t have planned.
Ten years on and I have moved up the corporate ladder; now with another company and everything about my work is different. I have a positive outlook and find work much easier to complete and with far less stress; in fact, all the business ‘metrics’ have improved significantly.
My relationships with colleagues are excellent and I am attracting fantastic and enthusiastic people to work with. We are the envy of many others who question how we operate without the normal office politics and back-biting.

“My eight year old son was dangerously walking in his sleep, almost nightly. I had an opportunity to take him for a session with Robert Kirby and can only begin to tell you how much this one hour changed our lives. My son was adopted at two years old by my husband and he hadn’t seen his genetic father since. but never displayed any signs of care or concern. We spoke about it and it was a non-issue, at least on the outside. I have known Robert since early 2003 when I attended a talk he gave in Sydney. His presentation that night was an intriguing mix of psychology, mysticism and the energy of the body. I was so impressed by his talk that I immediately enrolled in a 4-day residential retreat that he was running in early April 2003. At the retreat I saw approximately 28 people have individual processes facilitated by Robert and supported by the group. I also experienced my own individual process, which I would describe as life changing. As I watched Robert work on each individual that weekend I thought to myself ‘I don’t know what he is doing exactly, but he is a miracle worker’.
The experience of Robert’s retreat was sufficiently powerful for me to enrol in Robert’s 4-year government accredited Diploma of Body Psychotherapy. This was a course that Robert brought to Australia from the USA. He achieved government accreditation for the course in Australia and over a number of years put well over a hundred students through the 4-year psychotherapy training, and in many cases a 5th postgraduate year also. During my 4-year training I attended 11 residential retreats run by Robert and 12 blocks of 6-day residential psychotherapy training as well as countless one-day and two-day workshops. In all I would have experienced well over one thousand hours of Robert’s work. Over that time my respect for Robert’s skills as a group leader, course facilitator, teacher and gifted psychotherapist went up and up.
I have seen Robert provide therapy and healing to clients in deep distress and help them radically alter their lives for the better.
